January 2026:​

- I'm so excited to welcome new clients for the first time in several years! If you book online, your appointment will not be accepted until I've spoken with you over the phone.

 

- Policy Change: all appointments booked going forward will require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will carry over to your next appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

 

- The Isle of Lewis Contrast Therapy space is now open! I'm so excited to be offering my lovely Finnish sauna and cold plunge to the public. More information can be found here, and services can be booked online!
